get a doppler done, check out if its a case of sub acute testicular torsion or if u also ve fever u might have epididimo orchitis. infection of ur epidydimis

yes see a doc

you may have epidymis, a large varicose vein, a strngulated iguinal hernia or a twisted testicle

all need medical treatment promptly
