it was chargerless but now that i bought a new charger it seems very slow ... is there any way of deleting everything on it and starting over the onlt program that will open is task manager and sometimes control panel and in task manager it says some programs are running at 100 cpu and when i end them a difrent one goes to 100 ... i need help please

well you might want to add more details. such as the specs of the comp and what it is ruining, that would be a good start.

I almost get the feeling you are trying to run something like winXP on a comp that is to old and slow to run it.

Sounds like spyware or viruses, or both. Get someone to clean it up for you. You also may need to have the registry repaired and the hard disc defragged and cleaned up. Since the computer is at least a year-and-a-half old, it could be that it's too slow for the Internet. However, if the problem is the same with all of the tasks you use the laptop for, then try getting it thoroughly cleaned. And get a good firewall and spyware program put on it.

Well, how much did you spend to fix the laptop? There are programs that you exchange your old laptop for credit, so you can buy a better one.... Technology is moving soooo fast that at times it's easier to but a new one........

well with it losing all of its charge and probably draining the capacitors a bit too, it may have caused some internal damage to the hard drive
