I'm decently fit. 5'8'', 65kgs. Used to be really fit, but lost it. Now I have love handles... been working out a few months... how do I get rid of them?

Side bends and V-ups they work the obliques which helps to take fat off of them. Also keep eating healthy and don't forget your cardio!

Well, just keep on smearing cow dung on your body and I'm sure that the love handles will eventually go away.

Keep exercising but eat less.
Cut out junk food and junk drinks.
