What should I eat? How should I excercise?

Diet and exercise. Of the two, diet is probably the most important. Make sure you keep an eye on your daily calorie intake and I personally would go ahead and drop out fast food all together. Try drinking a lot of water during the day, probably a gallon or so. Sometimes your body confuses hunger with thirst, and oftentimes you will find that drinking a glass of water when your hungry will end your craving.

As for exercise, if you could do some cardio for about 30 minutes, 5 days a week, that would be ideal. Biking, swimming, running, or jump roping are all very good exercises for losing weight.

Think logically, our bodies need nutrients. The earth provides these, not Macdonalds or Kraft, etc.Eat foods that do not come in packages or boxes. There are occasions when you can't avoid it, just remember moderation is your friend.Also, when shopping, look at ingredients, not calories. Stay away from hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup and things you can't pronounce. Make it a way of life, not a diet.As for excercising, swim, hike, play with kids, take up tennis, plant a garden, anything to stay off the couch.

Get some oxypowder @ oxypowder.com or ebay. Then try to eat as much organic food instead of regular chemical laden, or fast foods. Eat as usual, but put away half of your plate. (everything half, even an ice-cream or a cookie)
In a week's time, you'll see some results. In a month's time, drastic results. In the long run, just eat that much is enough.
Then you'll be fit all life long.

for excercise.. you sould swim for 2 hours everyday. You gain muscles in the right places.
