No doubt. Starting today, put that penny in that jar and let us know how much you accumulate within a year. NO spending until you reach retirement.

Yup, I do it too - not on purpose, but I do it. Thing is, whatever is in my mind just pops out of my mouth usually at the wrong time. Over the years I just learned to laugh with everyone else and apologize if I offended anyone. I used to think it was a genetic thing, but now I know it's just me being outspoken.

I have also made a fool out of myself.
But I learned from the experiences and have learned to laugh at myself.
Guess what? I do not do much of that anymore And when I do, I have a hardy laugh.

Haha, that sounds like me. My friend Joni and I are both like that. She was walking a dog past this guy's (whom she thought was good-looking) house and tripped over the dog's leash while walking past. As a solution, there is none. Just try to laugh at yourself. It makes everything feel a lot better. And try to go places with friends. It's easier to laugh at yourself when they're around.

There's no shame in making a fool of yourself; we've all done it.
The only shame would be in not learning from the experiences
