Oh absolutely. It's easy to pick up on the way home from work, or on the weekend, you can sit in front of tv and watch a game, there's no mess or clean up (unless you drop hot cheese or sauce on your white shirt). Also, it contains several of the major food groups.

Pizza, chinese, indian, kebabs.... anything that they can get delivered is staple diet for bachelors. Oh and don't forget the unending supply of beers.
