Unfortunately I've never found a good one that's available for free online. However, if you're already a college student, then your university's counseling office will almost certainly have this service available to you for no cost. Check in with the university's counselors, and good luck!
There are lots of great books on this subject, by the way... start with What Color is Your Parachute, the acknowledged classic in the field...

You could check out salary.com, they have a broad selection of tools to find the right jobs
