Why is swinging so beneficial?

We are a married couple, new to swinging. We have already noticed a huge increase in communication amongst ourselves. We talk about everything, cant wait to spend more time together. What is driving this. We find each other irresistable. Its great. But why?

Because now you both realize there is nothing too terrible you cant discuss and be open about. Sometimes swinging or swapping opens up the mind. It will either help the relationship or kill it. depends on the peolple involved.
