I have a habit of saying 'right' to everything somebody says to me...I also say 'my word' a lot, and it sounds silly when I use it too much.

I'm not sure your favorite is a quote. But, my quote is "if it is worth doing, it is worth doing right". I use it all the time, but not the way you are using yours. My favorite response is "way to go!"
