i want some ideas of just stuff to do to my bedroom or use in my bedroom to make things more organized or pretty.. it would be cool if i could just use things around the house.. maybe just a way to arrange my room would be nice.. i got a twin bed.. nightstand.. dresser.. shelf .. shoe rack... and my room is 12 by 10.. thanks for anything!!!

1st...how loose are your parents? Would they let you paint?
if not, perhaps check out some cloth in a cool pattern that you could hang over the walls...posters, etc.... I once stapled a whole bunch of paper egg cartons all over a wall and painted it, it was a neat texture....there are cork panels that can be bought and tacked (or glued if the folks don't mind) on the wall and then you can tack things all over them....LIghts? string up some extra Christmas lights around the ceiling....

If you collect bears, or dolls, something like that - consider putting small webbed hammocks in the uper corners of the room to hold them. I put two 3-foot ones in one of my rooms to hold teddy bear collection, it's really cute and gets them out of the way.
Put a dust ruffle on the bed, then you can store things in boxes underneath , such as out of season clothes, or extra shoes.

Paint is nice. Try wall stickers, and new curtains. Try new sheets. A new lamp would be cool.
