how do i get my body back??

i had big D breast a little wast and a nice lookin a**. then i got stressed and lost a lot of weight and had a child. im 120 in weight and i am little but its not all there anymore. im a mid to big C cup and my a** got smaller. what do i do to get it all back and stay small??.
