Well I'm guessing that you were happy during the fun-filled weekend. Am I right? If so...sometimes when I go to visit friends or family for the weekend and then come back to begin a normal week, I sort of feel this let down/depression. It could be that you're on a high from having fun, but now that you're not having it or aren't around the same people you go into sort of a rut. It sucks and hopefully doesn't stay around too long, but if it does it could be something more than a letdown after a fun weekend.

Well it could be an in balance in hormone levels, is something on your mind lately? if you still continue to feel unhappy for more than a week or two from now, id suggest you have a talk with your local G.P. about these continuous negative feelings your experiencing, you may discover your depressed and your G.P. can point you in the right direction to recovery, there is no depression that cant be over come. Good luck. x

Weekends are fun escapes from the rest of the week. If you don't feel productive, or if you have problems, in the "real" world, the escape won't be of much help. In order to enjoy the reward of the weekend, the person must feel that it was properly earned.

That is a hard question to answer. A person would have to have a little more to go on since I don't know a thing about you. Maybe if you could be a little more specific I could answer. If you don't have a problem with e-mailing me you could do that and maybe feel a little more comfortable about it, thats entirely up to you ttyl

Because you have to be happy inside first. Having fun is not a way to fulfill you inside. It doesn't last. You have to like who you are, know that you are an important part of the world, and know that people love you. You have to love yourself too.

You have to be happy within yourself if you don't then it doesn't matter what you do you will never be happy. Start loving yourself and see how that works for you.
