I have a Dimond that is not set (Just the stone) which I found in a Movie theater two years ago. I have run some home test which have me convinced that it's real, but don't have a professinals opion. Where can I go to get a check on the stone, as well as price. Also, if it came to be worth something, where could I sell it without any documents or setting? I live in Naperville Il.

Your best option is to go to a jeweler and have them appraise it for you. Then you can decide on options after that. Also, get it in writing. Good luck!

Call your local jewelry store, ask for your stone to be appraisal. It'll cost around $75-$150. Once it appraised, they';; give you a certificate stated the size, the weight, the color(how white it is) and grade (how clear it is) of the diamond, then you can sell it in any jewelry store that willing to buy or trade or pawn shop.

Actually I have no such idea. For me someone came forward to help me whom I dont know even. People used to tell me by seeing my face and may be it is Gods grace. I usually believe on God. If God is with you no one can harm you. But there is one option. You can go to a big mosque where they may help you for every thing.They are linked to God not the evil.So there is nothing wrong to go to a holy place.For the stone alone the set is also suffering.So do some thing.to help the companinon of the diamond.She need u.Open to her.and be beside her.

U must go to a gem laboratory and i suggest u not to sell it to any individual go somewhere else to sell it if it is real

put it on a ring and keep it till u decide to propose. or decide then put it to make sure about the size.

take it to any pawn shop they'll tel you if its real n roughly what is worth
