depends on the use of the color.
Peach looks good on everyone (so it's a universal color for clothing).
Blue is the most popular in the US according to polls.
Gray is a great background because it can be tinted to warm neutral or cool tones and graded to various shades from near white to near black. Most people can distinguish 10 shades of gray (or any other color), people who work with color can distinguish 256 or more.
Red and green are the 2 colors most likely to be indistinguishable by people who are color blind. Approx 45% of males are color blind to some degree, the percentage is much lower in females.
Men are attracted to bright colors on women, except green.

The best colour is the colour that makes you happy. Be it blue if it reminds you of the vast sky, or even red, pink, etc.
Personally my favourite color is Purple.

blue and green look really good if you have green brown or blue eyes i have hazel. and green looks really good. with lipgloss i normally put a coat of clear a coat of light pink and a tiny dab of red . good luck that should help you.
