"Minnie" is a great name for a small cat!
I have four cats! The oldest is orange and his name is Fox Everett Von Kat, and I call him Foxy, Merlin (my magical, disappearing black cat) runs from all strangers!, my Siamese cat is named FurAnKee (he kisses me for tuna in water), and my youngest is a stray that I got for a neighbor and she didn't want it, so it was a "jackpot" for me, a bit of something I didn't expect, so I named him Jackpot. Hi,
It's a great name but if you spell it MINNIE, that would be the spelling for a girl's first name as in Minnie mouse. The correct spelling for something small is mini, as in mini skirt but I don't think your cat will notice!

I really think that is a cute name for a small cat. If I had a cat and wasnt allergic to cats I would name my cat that. Maybe when I get older and have my own place and get a dog I will name her minnie.

Yes I love it.My new kitten is small too so we named her Little Bit.Because when she stands next to Sebastian she is just a little bit of a tiny fluff ball.He is 15 pounds and looks like a small dog.

Maybe if you spelled it Mini, as in small, and not Minnie, as in mouse.
