They defend themsleves against terrorism and they get resolutions.
The Sudan lets slavery exist ............ nothing
The Darfur genocide occurs.............. nothing
The Palestinians kill innocent women and children.......... nothing
I wouldnt be surprised to learn that they sit in the Security council chambers with Bozo suits on.
Because theyre all a bunch of clowns.

The UN has actually moved to protect many of the people you are talking about. It is a rather large body that does talk alot. Think about the number of countries that have to be heard on any subject. There is a discussion of having a UN rapid reaction force to deal with emerging issues where there is a humanitarian disaster looming.
The world is a very difficult place to force your will other when you know you are right and they are wrong. Military invasion has it's own consequences, nasty memo's have limited usefullness and prayer helps but it take awhile. What is left that can be done to fix the world.

Yep, but the U.N. is a corrupt organization out to control all people and nations. This is what some folks call Globalism. We here in America, those of us who don't buy into the democrat/republican bs, disregard the U.N. as nothing more than a joke.

The U.N. is not the antichrist, but they are certainly setting the stage for him. He will come out of the European Union. He will be a dictator, empowered by satan. Read the books of Daniel and Revelation in your Bible.

Okay, I'm not with you on the whole antichrist thing, but I do get what you mean about people in control not really caring about their people. It seems like everyone worships the rich and powerful people, while the rest of us get stomped on. It's sad, but very true.

They are a very bureaucratic and stiff organization.
It's impossible to check up or follow where the donations actually end up.
They have far too many celebrity spokespeople, too many overhead costs etc....
Certain countries have the Veto right, which is completely unethical, as some of these countries have human right problems.
