why do we look at these and think of them as sexy and get sexually arroused when we see them as they are where out waste deposits come from, and the thought of anal penetration just disgusts me? any thoughts?

I've never seen an attractive anus, but in the right condition, penises can be quite beautiful, flaccid or erect, and the shaved vulva is incredibly sexy.
