i want to know which degree i can obtain after B.Com. form India to acquire for a good earning job?

i have passed class 12th and thinking about the job orientred courses that can give the job security.
plz tell me where to obtain the following course

better do any computer course that has on the job training at the end of its course.(like gniit from niit and aptech) or any hardware computer course.
