In Reality, I think Jaleel White is A Cool Guy. And He Sure Did A Great Job Of Portraying Nerdy-Urkel. So, I think he would make a nice friend.

I'd go with Alphonso - only because I've been aware of him as an actor longer than Jaleel. I think they're both highly intelligent and good actors - they'd have to be to pull off those wacky characters they've played.
But mostly, because I could spend all day enjoying watching Cousin Carlton dance. LOLOLOLOL

They both seem like nice, intelligent guys. They'd both probably be able to hold up their end of a conversation.
