Right click on My Computer, click on hardware, then on Device Manager. Go to Sound, Video, and Game Controllers, if there is a yellow qustion mark by either audio or sound then click them to see what the problem is. If after you have done that if it still does not work then you will need to get your disk that came with your computer that has the drivers and utilities and extract which ever one is needed and it should work.

check your spk. if they are ok than go to device manager and un install your sound card, restart your pc then it will re set up the snd. crd. if it still does not work then buy another one.

im sure u checked the wiring and restarted... otherwise, try reinstalling the driver- if you have the cds you computer came with that might be the easiest way.

you 1st check the speakers volume control, wiring... if they are ok then you reinstall the drive...(sound card)
