Personally ,for me it depends on woman. Sometimes,most of the time,it's the butt then from there it's whatever her particular attributes are. For some it may be their eye's or there legs. Still for others , it's just the way they carry and present themselves. It's not just the physical attributes. I look to see what's inside. Are they atypically shallow and high maint. or more down to earth and pleased with lives simple pleasures and gifts. Are they just as pleased with a single rose or does it have to be a dozen?
Actually ;women, I believe were Gods gift to man's eye and a source of companionship & support for the things life throws at him. A woman can either make a good man bad or she can make a bad man good.
So in all honesty I believe that the first thing a man looks at are a womans physical attributes for we all know it's a certain amount of lust that pushes us towards someone then we can begin to get to know what's inside them . Remember some of the easiest people to look at; are the some of the ugliest people you will ever meet.

Hard to say because if a guy says breasts or butt he's being a pig, but if he says personality or a sense of humor he's lying. Yet another way where guys can never win.
Personally, the first things I notice are their hands, eyes, and smile. If any one of those things are not nice then I won't bother being more than a friend.

Three things in order: 1) An engaging smile that makes you feel like she only has eyes for you 2) perky, little, shapely breasts 3) not grossly overweight
