Wejust found some old baseball cards. We are wondering how to find out how much they are worth. the only website I found you had to pay for membership.

I go to a Borders or Barnes & Noble and look through the collectors magazines and books if I am interested in certain cards. Otherwise, I either buy the book / magazine or look on e-bay.

Either go to a card show or a card dealer. That would be your best bet. The internet would be difficult for something like this. Sometimes it would be best to do it in person.

That's not easy to do for free, but you could try to find the same cards on ebay and see what they're selling for.

Take them to a professional dealer. Say you're considering selling them.
