You need to do a security update and clean up your whole computer with a virus scan and fix. Download Fire fox and use for surfing the net. Its good and its free. If the problem is really serious and if your computer is under warranty you can go the place where you got the computer and they will fix it for you. My friend's computer was full of virus as her 2 young daughters were playing all the online games on the computer as possible. They went to best buy and got the whole thing fixed. Do it ASAP.

1. Try "adaware" to search for spyware.
2. Try antivirus scans from either Norton ($), McCaffee ($), or ZoneAlarm (free version?).
3. Be sure that your computer has its updates. (As the majority of viruses enter through already solved vulnerabilities)
4. Reinstall the Operating system

Get some virus protection.Go to ca.com where you download a "trial" version of EZTrust AntiVirus and use it for free for 30 days. I had the same problem and that pretty much fixed it. Good luck, some of those viruses can be nasty!

Download AntiVirus Trail Versions. The links below will show you enough to last you around 3 years of Protection plus.
http://www.windowsonecare.com/purchase/default.aspx
http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/viruses/wsc/en-us/default.mspx
For the second link, there will be newer versions every year, so you can get unlimited protection from going through each year of every service and then upgrading to the next years trial version.

Download AVG and run it... it will detect and delete the virus.. then go buy ZoneAlarm Security Suite to keep out new viruses.. the software is cheaper than the headaches or possible loss of data from viruses.

Always use a program that has virus protection as well as spyware with it. Norton is a very good company and some web sites have Norton for free.

Download an anti-virus (AV) utility that scans the drive before booting the operating system (probably Windows).
Here is one you could use: Avast.
http://www.avast.com/
If you think it is Spyware, try Spybot's Search and Destory (another free tool).
You should really have both a spyware and a AV tool installed.
