If The Eq Is Exactly Correct, Its Too Good To be True. And The Constant c exactly the Speed of light Is Mind Boggling.

I am not from CERN or Fermilab, but my understanding of the equation is that it describes how energy must exist in order to give mass. It describes the mass equivalent of a photon as m=E/c^2

The equation was written as a "proof" so I don't know what you mean about proving it. Certainly we have observational data from accelerators and bombs and cosmic rays and all of general relativity that confirms the equation.

The reason that the constant is the speed of light isn't surprising at all since the equation gives the mass equivalent of light which is pure energy and all pure energy is light of some wavelength or another. The c^2 comes from two facts, the distance x light travels in a time t is given by x=ct and from Maxwell's discovery of the momentum of a photon as given by p=E/c.

Consider SLAC at Stanford: electrons at the starting end are moving at 90% of the speed of light within a few feet, but get kicked in the butt for another two miles. By the time they reach the far end, the mass has increased by 40,000 times over the original value; all of this increased mass arises from the imparted energy.

Check out "Physics is Constipated" by Milton Monson. He puts forth the idea of how modern physics tends not to carry the unit designations in computations.
Read it as an alternative to common physical thinking. A lot of the ideas need developing, but Mr. Monson offers a simple way to unite gravity, radiation and magnetics etc.
