an emo is an emotionally disturbed human being. teens now days use that word as a slang for emotional. the emo kids if they are a boy they wear girl pants you probably see boys wear tight pants then they are emo im not sure what the girls wear when they are emo. i have no idea why the boys wear the girl pants as a matter of fact im going to ask the question. why do emo boys wear girl pants? hope this helps

it is short for an emotionalist. they dress in girl pants. i actually asked the same question to some of my friends and this is the answer i got.
