I live in an apartment and sign up for things online but some online places doesn't have an apartment area. So how do you type it in if there is no apartment area on the form

most places now have a space for i think it's called a second address or additional address. it doesn't always say apartment number. that's where you would put in your apartment number.

otherwise just put it in after your street name:
123 Main St. Apt 1

Just put the unit number after the area code, thats what I always did when I was living in an apartment.

When I lived in my old apt, I just put it next to the street address. For example, 45 Main Street, Apt. 8

The post office likes to see street number, then name, then apt#:

123 Main St., Apt# 456

After the St add, APT 123.

Example 321 MAIN ST APT123
ANYTOWN CA 90000

Address1 (Your St)
Address2 (Apt #)
