my childs father is a deadbeat. He doesn't pay support and only sees her once a week for a few hrs. Help.

Take him to court. If you have a divorce decree then call the city attorney and they can enforce child support. If you weren't married, they can still help by determining paternity and enforcing child support payments.

Absolutely report him! Take him to court. They can garnish his wages and send the money directly to you. Not only that they can make him pay back child support from the moment he left. Even if he is unemployed and getting unemployment checks, they can make him pay child support.

You can't make someone interested in parenting. Seeing the child weekly is better than many.
Contact the local welfare agency. There are state agencies that help with getting support payments.

Firstable do not let him see her... to see if that catches his attention but really you need to put him on child support.. they will get that money.. hey do you know his social security number?? if you do take it to the child suppor t office and everytime that he works they will take the babys money... he need to pay. he made a baby and now he has to face up to it.... child support is the veredict.... take care of your business stop asking and take this to court now....good luck.

Hire a lawyer and put his worthless a*ss in jail!! I'm serious, don't put with this crap from him. He needs to be taught a lesson. You'd be surprised how much difference a few weeks in jail will make in his attitude.
