No. Dion Richmond played "Bud" on the Cosby Show. Dion Richmond was also on Sister Sister for a while. They do look alike. LOL!!

No, but I thought so too--he sure looks like the kid. Although Dule Hill made a Cosby appearance (from his bio: "Cosby" playing "Marcus" in episode: "Shall We Dance?" episode # 2.11 24 November 1997,) Deon Richmond played Rudy's best Friend "Kenny" aka "Bud" in The Cosby Show. After The Cosby Show, Richmond went on to appear as a supporting character in sitcoms such as Getting By and Sister, Sister, and in feature fims such as Scream 3 and Van Wilder. He starred in the 1999 feature film Trippin'. He also played a role of the "token black guy" in Not Another Teen Movie.
