It depends on how long your store is closed for. If only for a couple of hours for clean-up, then no...but if you close for the entire evening. Yes, turn it off.

Actually, leaving it a constant temperature (whatever you think is most comfortable) combined with keeping the fan running is the most efficient. You would think running the fan with the AC wouldn't be as efficient. But, the fan keeps the distribution and air flow circulating thereby causing the AC to work less.

It depends on how hot it gets when the store is closed. I personally would turn it off or keep it at a low setting. That way you'll save money by not running it all 24/7. Keep it on Auto

Turn the thermostat up by a few degrees. If you turn it off, it will take a lot of energy to get to a cool temperature when you turn it on in the morning.
