We can't.

We may say that others are careless or not thinking, but it is a hypocritical nuiance of speech.

Think of it this way: suppose person A says that he enjoys ice cream. Would it make sense for person B to say that person A is wrong?

Being "careless" is being thinking in dissonance with those who "cares" .Those who "cares" want you to join a club mandatory. There is no such a thing as careless in truth...There is plenty to "care" about... Labeled "careless" simply deny being "care" of something which is less important than his own current thoughts.

Other than electricity running through the brain, no one knows what thinking is. There is a possiblity that thinking is not happening, just the natural flow of what is.

I have to separate work from personal things....it can be hard to do at times.
