I am a blonde in Phoenix. No foundation. Use a bronzer, I like bare minerals in warmth (you only need to use a tiny bit cuz a little goes a loooong way) and sweep it with a medium sized brush over yr cheekbones, your eyelids up to the ridge, the center of your chin and forehead, and down the length of your nose. This will make your face look beautifully contoured. Then use BROWN eyeliner and a waterproof mascara. For lips, either leave them naked and use lip balm, or try Revlon colorstay sheers, these add a subtle tint and stay on forever (even in the pool)

I would go with a taupe eyeliner or a bronze eyeliner. Smudge so there is no "obvious" line. I also would use a bronzer that blended with the cheek color on the eyes or bronze and taupe shades. Avoid black mascara. I think it looks too heavy on blondes. Stick with a medium to dark brown. And lastly, I would do highlights and low-lights on the hair to balance out the total look.

If you are blond and you want a natural look do NOT use black eye liner or mascara. Use a brown eye liner and a brownish black mascara. A tinted moisturizer will give you a glowing look with a hint of color allowing you to ditch the foundation and powder. Natural colored shadows if any and a tinted lip gloss. Sally Hanson makes a clear lip liner that defines your lips and keeps your lipstick or gloss from feathering, its great.

Try summery shades like oranges and pinks. Instead of using red lipstick use a fruity colored lipgloss.

Try dior kiss lipgloss in orange nectar

As far as eyeliner goes wear light brown eyeliner.

If you are a blonde then a silvery shiny color, not gaudy but like a pretty purpley silvery shiny and you should take a darker color eue shadow then what you normally wear and use it for eye liner because then your eye liner won't look weird in summer and it won't smudge when you get hot.

Lighter shades, lighter weight clothing. do not placed on black or different darkish shades as they take up the nice and cozy temperature and mild. in the course of the summer season, I frequently placed on a t blouse and shorts, tank real and shorts even if that is large warm out, or perhaps if that is cool in the evening I throw on a sweatshirt.
