Go to your 360. "click on my Page". Then click on Edit Personal photo's. If you have no Photo's picked. Click the bottom of the little box. Check out where you keep your photo's. then choose one. it must be jpg. you can repeat this for four photo's. then pick the one you want as your prime photo. you can change all of your photo's whenever you want. when your happy enough with your choice select save. and your done.
