is your supervisor of asian persuasion? Im a flip-hula-nish(filipino,hawaiian,spanish)..and in my countries we regularly stare at our subordinates during lunchtime because we are waiting to swoop in and steal as much white rice as possible...I might tell my employee to speed up and make those coconut running shoes faster or else little grains of jasmine rice will be sacrificed maybe even crucified...wait what was the question?.....

In my experience, she is threatened by you. But you have to make that decision. Are you truly doing your job. Or are you continuously messing up. If you are messing u, then she has a reason to be all over you. Other than that, she is threatened by you and will make your life hell as long as you let her.

It would depend on your personality and the working relationship that you have with her. If you are also a girl I would watch out she might be after your bod and looking to see if you return the look of lust

she could be either threatened by you, or doesnt like the way you work, or she likes it. you cant know, just wait and see.
