I do quite often. What surprises me is the number of brand new people posting questions. What doesn't surprise me is that the really bad questions follow a pattern of what they ask and what they answer.

Maybe ... sometimes... most of the Q's I find odd are the ones I think are pointless LOL, so I normally don't bother to click the profile.
;-)
When I REALLY click a person's profile is when I think:
"Hey this person seems cool, I wonder what cool Q's they've been askin' or what interesting Q's they've been answering, HEY maybe I can give a kick @ss Answer and get points Muahahaha, c0z they already picked a COOL Q for me to look at Haha! Yeah!"
(that's what usually goes through my brain)
Once in a while... it goes like this:
"Hey, this person got something goin' on, they seem cool, WoW I wonder if I can get to know them, they're SO cool!!!"
(this goes through my brain now and then but not often enough LOL, or I think of it when I see some one who I share something in common with, like oh say Anime freaks YEAH!)

Yes! How can the complexity of a man or woman fit within this little space. The depths of an individual are learned over time. Have patience and you might learn just a little about a person in 100 years. Belief in instant knowledge of a person's character is why people surprise you. There is good and bad in all of us. We hide parts of either from ourselves and those around us in order to survive. Just give it a little time and you will come to know someone with a better understanding of who they really are. Sorry! I had to do that! I liked what you wrote though!

(*^o^*)You betcha! Even if the answer doesn't strike me as odd, but more as interesting, I look at their profile! Just curiosity I guess. Looking at a profile also determines if I answer that question or not sometimes too. I think it's a good thing we're able to look at the profiles!♡

I'm new to this forum so I just did my profile and am going to start checking others out too. I think it's a great idea when answering someone's question.

Yes, sometimes I do (and I assume others look at mine occasionally) both on account of the questions asked or the answers given.

No, never! That would be too, very much, "time" consuming!!! I don't "answer" each and every question anyway, just the ones I may know a little about or the ones that are obvious - such as this one - for instance! Thanks, again, for the 2 points!

I certainly do, and not just about current events.
There's this weird person whose partial name is "ABC", who asks all kinds of strange questions in Health & Fitness. This person will in numerous quesitons, change "her" age, the number & ages of "her children". Probably just a person off their medication who really needs help.

No, if a question doesn't seem worth answering, I move on. If it's interesting and I think I have something to add, I answer it. I'm not interested in psychoanalyzing the asker.

Absolutely, I look at their last questions and answer and that says a lot about a person.
