how about writing it down in a letter or in a card, i always feel special when i get a personal message from the one i love. or take her out to eat and tell her over dinner, or get roses or her fav flower. or how about a bracelet?

try it out on your self first. test a few sentences or ideas on your self to see how you react to them. find some 'sweet' words, concepts that seem good to you before sending them to another person. if you can't find anything in your own mind/heart, go looking for words and sentences in books, songs, etc. to build up a group of 'sweet' things to say to others. it takes a lot of practise (especially for men - i'm one too) to examine and then express what we FEEL. we are generally trained in childhood to minimize or cancel our awareness of our feelings so explaining them is hard - we don't really know what we feel and if we do, we can not definite it very well, there are a lot of systems to teach us how to examine and report how we feel. look for books about relationships. when you get some experience examining and stating just how you feel...."I feel --(mad, glad, sad, angry)---about----" it will be a lot easier to tell your wife how you feel and with acceptable (sweet) words.

How about just saying, "honey, thank you for being my wife, for putting up with me these years". You might also ask her out to dinner or tell her you'll cook dinner occasionally. I know that would be appreciated especially if you clean the kitchen up after you've cooked.

talk to her and look at her on her eyes,,
if there's love,,, she'll feel the warmth of your love,,
tell her how much you love her,,,
that you cant be able to survive withour her love,,
that she's the one you wanna spend your whole life with
that she's the last person you wanna be with til the last breath you have!!!

shower her with love, take her out 4 an outing. buy a surprise present 4 her and then be gentle with her in bed. u will be amazed.
