Of course this is a matter of personal opinion. Between the two, I'd personally say Italian.
From a pure physical perspective, take one look at Monica Bellucci (she was Persephone in the Matrix). Mentally, I find Italians to have a rich and passionate history. The "culture" in and of itself is attractive.
Personally, I've never been attracted to the French. Perhaps that's because of some of the stereo-types we American's have about the French.
