Friend, first of all you have to get your relationships right.

If she is your aunt's daughter she is NOT your sister, she is your COUSIN. Unless, of course, your aunt is ALSO your mother in some very freakish way.

OK, now that that is out of the way, go ahead and do what you want.

Are u indian? I am sure that marriage is prohibited between first cousins in India. So just forget it, and find some one else for love/marriage.
