It depends entirely on how many material things you think are necessary in your life. You might discover that a lot of the things you think you couldn't possibly do without are really just luxuries you've gotten used to having. Spend some time thinking about what's really necessary and important, and you might be shocked at how little money it takes.

Please define, "Enough." Enough for you? ...or enough for me? I decided long ago to work "smarter" ... since then, I have found I can work only 7 days a week, 18 hours a day to make enough for me...but then, I have big bills that have to be paid monthly. When you figure out the answer, do not publish here...write a book...that is the way to make enough money and spend less time...Or, it may be that writing takes 8 days a week, 18 hours a day....don't know. Get back to me on that one.

Easy, buy living a lifestyle well within your means and saving for the future so that you can retire early and happy. That might mean not having the best and newest but will a 50" screen tv really make you happy?

i guarantee that your family would rather live in poverty and have you be a part of their lives...than to live a rich, comfortable life without you.
