of course, they got 83 points last season, ended one game behind man u and 10 off from chelsea. they also couldn't win a game in the beginning of the season so a few games here and there, and now we're challenging for the top spot.

they've got some decent signing so far, but what liverpool needs is a top striker, i like crouch, i'm a fan, but hes only a target man, they need someone who can finish, fowlers too old and unfit, bellamy has great pace, but theres no depth there. i like cisse, but hes a terrible finisher. i would love to see owen back... but thats hoping too much, i bet he wishes he'd never left now.

they need to find a solid right back, alves could be it, but not for 12 mil pounds. they could use a good right winger, gerrards wasted there, i would love to see liverpool get joaquin. i would also like to see defoe or kuyt join up, if kewell can be traded for defoe, it'd be perfect.

Yes why not. LIVERPOOL are greatest team on earth & it's about time the premiership trophy was displayed in that fantastic display cabinet. ( I bet Chelski would love to have a trophy cabinet the size of Liverpool's).
Liverpool are starting to look the part after last seasons finish & Rafa looks just the man to comlete the job.
COME ON YOU REDS!!!!

What liverpool need is another in the MO mould, another in the Joe Cole Mould in midfield, and someone like JT or SC in defence

then liverpool might have half a chance

I definitely think so. One more brill striker would help.
But they definitely have the most belief and most loyal fans in the premiership.
Absolutely love them, roll on the first game.

And youll never walk alone

All Scousers will say yes as we do every year but it will be very difficult how Steven comes back from the world cup will be my biggest concern he probably wouldnt agree but i think everyone realizes he needs a rest. Think Momo will be huge for us early on in the season and this could be his season!

If they can find some consistancy they could be there at the end. The gap to Chelsea is getting smaller. Need more teams in the fight at the end of the season.

Sorry no.

Their Team is based too much around one person. They don't have the depth to play as often as they have to and keep winning.
