Perhaps you should examine the assumptions behind your question.
First, if the human race is really only as good as the worst of us, then all of humanity would suffer an untimely death as a result of our own stupidity. This is obviously not the case, since the largest growing age group is over 50. The "worst of us" simply bring down the *average* of whatever measure you are using to judge our "goodness".
Second, your question implies an assumption that some human-caused plague or scourge will wipe out the entire race if we don't do something to stop it. Time and again over many centuries, fatalists have been proven wrong.
Finally, we will not all suffer the same fate as the worst of us. There are many people with excellent survival skills, intelligence, common sense, or other resources that will enable them to survive almost any disaster that would wipe out a significant part of the human race.

I consider that the human race is as good as the total average of its good and bad people, so I don't agree with your quote.
We survive because the "good" or positive people often ammend or try to ammend the errors, omissions and inactivity of the "bad" or negative people. The thing is, we all have a bit of "good people" and "bad people" inside ourselves as well, since there are no absolutely possitive and negative people. So it's all very complex.

Only together, trying to fight ignorance, and promote understanding, dedication, ethics and hard work, we will be able to find a happy future for our species.

Your premise is flawed. Think about it. There is no answer beyond that, because it would suppose another question that was thought through a little more carefully. Is the glass half full or half empty? Your point of view does not constitute a standard.

guy's mastery of technologies has made the organic and organic technique of evolving new sorts of morphological or physiological diversifications unnecessary. the technological advances and ideas of the previous century were so magnificent. and technological information and technologies progression EXPONENTIALLY - so one can anticipate a lot swifter and at the moment "magnificent" advances contained in the subsequent century. i'm positive that human type will live to inform the tale each and everything except unexpected CATASTROPHES.
