When someone says, "I graduated XYZ High School," I want to tell them to go back and take English over.

Saying "I graduated XYZ High School," is like saying, "I walked town,"
instead of saying, "I walked to town."

You don't -hear- capitals. Either way you only capitalize pronouns and in that instance, it can be either. If you said "I graduated from a high school." then it's lowercase because you're using it as a place / noun. If you said "I graduated from the high school." it's still just a noun. "I graduated from High School / high school." would depend on the preferences of the person reviewing whatever you're writing.

You "graduated from high school" with no capitalization unless the name of the school is High. You cannot "graduate" high school - it implies that you graduated the school, not that you are a graduate OF that school. Thusly, the correct form would be; "I graduated from high school."

You are graduating from high school. You don't do the graduating.

BTW, a person is referred to as "who" not "that."

"I graduated from high school" sounds proper to me. I've never heard "graduated high school", without the "from". It makes me think "graduating" is something you did to the building, like painting it, or throwing snowballs at it.
