Affirmative Action is not for REAL minorities, only "Officially Oppressed Minorities". White men have to actually cut it in the real world.

They definitely are a "minority", given the fact that they are often overlooked in the hiring process to hire somebody who is supposedly disadvantaged. I do not see being homosexual as being a disadvantaged group when it comes to the hiring process as they require ZERO accommodations and in most cases, if they have a partner, both partners work and together they have on average more disposable income than a heterosexual couple who is simply trying to get by. However, can the white, able-bodied hetero male get a grant? Probably not.
Even being female doesn't mean anything anymore ... so females in the same boat are also not considered a minority.

They are a minority in Brighton, but rarely come out so they can't claim grants.
