Your probably feeling overwhelmed and don't know where to start because everything is a mess (I know because I often feel this way) What I usually do when my 3 year old is sleep or playing out side is pick one thing like clothes, dishes, or toys and just complete Thatt one thing. Sometimes when tha is complete I continue and start on another thing and then all of sudden I am motivated to complete more. Sometimes it takes a couple of false starts but when I do start I get everything done. Good luck.

I do understand what you are saying "you need motivation." Most of us do at times. But if you have lost all motivation you may be depressed? Understand I am not saying you are just you might be...
Also think about the people that can't do anything that are in wheel chairs or laying up with cancer or other medical problems that you don't have. These people wish they could get up and clean house, cook, drive a car, mow the grass.
How long has it been sense you cleaned your apartment? You make it sound like it's been a long, long time...
If you are feeling tired and down go see your family doctor you may be anemia. .

I hear ya.
I quit working out last year after hernia surgery and getting started again is like getting the pope to tapdance.
I've hit the weights a few times this years but can't get going either.
I think if I try to do a little at a time, maybe the results will motivate me to kick into high gear and get moving.

Good luck I hope you can get up and get going. I'm "going to seed" over here.

Dear sit down close ur eyes relax, breath in slowly and exhale slowly. Do it for 5minutes or 10 minutes u will feel relaxed and better than before. Later wash ur face and have a cup of tea or coffee or chacolate or any fruit juice anything that suits u or makes u feel better.
Don't worry u will be able to complete ur work soon. Smile and sing while ur working. It does wonders. Best of luck and don't over exert urself.
Take care.

You need a purpose to give you an intention to help you align choices to create results that support your purpose.

You can choose to change or stay the same. Just ask yourself are your getting the results you want?

That should motivate you.

Are you sure you don't have an undiagnosed medical condition? Could you be pregnant? (During the first trimester, it is very difficult for me to get anything done...I pretty much just eat and sleep most of the day.)
Also, some conditions, like diabetes and clinicla depression, can cause you to be excessively tired.
I hope that you'll go see a doctor and see if they can help.

Go get a triple shot of espresso, add about 3/4 of a cup of sugar, and do it like a shot of alcohol. If that doesn't motivate you, nothing will. Works for me every time. :D

Talk to people who get you inspired and maybe ask if they want to come help. Listen to some upbeat music and make it fun to clean. Make things easier by mixing it up. Do something really fun and not like cleaning before you do something you dread.

EXERCISE! You KNOW you will feel so much better after you do it. And when you finish, you'll have the energy to clean your apartment.

Listen to your body, and take care of yourself. Treat yourself well, and the rest should fall into place. If it doesn't, you should consider seeing a physician.

Best wishes, and I hope you feel better soon.
