when i start my minivan the radiator fans start going full speed and the engine isnt even hot?

u sure its not the condenser fan?is the ac on if not then someone has hot wired it or ya engine temp senson is bad

There are a couple of things that turn fan on, the A/C system is one and the thermalsensor is the other, there could be a sensor that is stuck to make it stay on (a lot better than staying off ) The system only does what it is told to do , so that is why I think it is a sensor.
