No, you're not alone, I too am having a beautiful day!
The sun is shining, I am alive to see it, I see that my family is all doing fine, and I have the use and activites of my limbs. What else could I ask for? God is good!!

I am having a beautiful day. yes when I compare it to my worst days...no when I compare it to my best days... But generally speaking, so far so good. At least today I did not wake up full of the dread that is so common in my head...
