I would like to have 70% alone time.

It depends. When its sunny and nice out, and all of my friends aren't working or at school, then I like to be out and have fun. But I really do like my alone time, too. I try to get a couple hours each day to myself, but sometimes it just doesn't happen. And sometimes I may be alone for a day or more, at that point I start to crave being around other people. I really need a job - all my friends have them already.

Depends on the person, how much you interact with others during the day, etc.
I work out in the publics eye and see many people every day. I enjoy being at home alone for most of the night.
Relates to stress levels as well.

quite a bit, and i have always been like that, i remember that by the time i was 14 or 15 my parents would take my sisters and go out so i could be home alone for a while. i am NOT a people person and i become a nervous wreck if they are around all the time. luckily my bf works a lot so i am home by myself plenty.

I cannot not communicate. Even when I am in alone time, I am writing to my friends or trying to connect with them, in a way.
If it is physically impossible, due to distances... I put myself online and chat the evening away..... it is a good way of being alone, but still staying connected!
I am 100% alone only when I sleep, I think.

It all depends on the person...and what there use to some people like to be alone others don't...

I'd say very little because I am alone always and would like to share some of my time with others a little more often or not at all than I do............(~_~)

10 % is what I need, 40 % is ok, but the rest of the time I really need other people

Whenever you feel and get bored, that will be the perfect time to be alone.
For that you have to go to Himalayas or Kanyakumari.
