Liam,
It depends on what you are doing. Most teenagers are loud and obnoxious because they lack the experience to know what appropriate behavior is. In some respects teenagers are better than over 30 adults. They are idealistic and enthusiastic. They haven't had there dreams crushed by reality. If they are successful in achieving their desires, they will be happy. If not, they will join the deeply embittered oldsters criticizing everything and everybody. You have a point. Enjoy life while you can. You'll get old soon enough and regret not having fun while the opportunity was there.

At 15 years old you are immature in comparison to people who are older. Everyone matures at a different rate. Some older people are less tolerant than others of young people. I expect you yourself would consider a 5 year old immature, and someone that age may irritate you.
However, you haven't said who is telling you that you're immature, nor what behaviour of yours they are calling 'immature'; so I can't answer this question thoroughly. If it's your family, parents, friends, teachers; it may be that they are concerned about you, care, love you; and therefore worry about you; and saying that is a way of saying they concerned.

I'm in the same boat as you. But hey, i see nothing wrong with having as much fun as you can, while you can, even if that means acting how others would describe as immature. What i do have a problem with is people who dont cherish the moment; if you cant have fun now, you may never know how to later.

They're just jealous that they are so boringly serious all the time. I'm 24 and still act like I'm 18 - but I dont give a damn! Enjoy yourself kiddo (but don't do anything too stupid)!

Because you are responsible for making your own fun - if you expect others to keep you from being bored then you are not utilizing your own resources.

Fun doesn't mean being immature, and you can have 'fun' at any age.

Just ignore them. It's like people who tell their three year olds to "Grow up". Come on!
