Over Antarctica. The "hole" is not really a hole, but the ozone layer on the area is not quite as thick as in other areas on Earth.

It's not really a hole, but an extremely thin area of ozone above Antarctica somewhere.

i dont know really i think it is just getting thin and i think it is every where but i think it would be cool if it was just one point and you could walk through and get a tan and cancer thrown in to boot, yes!
