I think most unleaded gasolines do contain a certain amount of MMT as an Octane Booster. This would allow the gasoline producers to make lower octane unleaded gas and then add the MMT to raise the octane...probably a cheaper way to refine the gas. Racing gasoline and some low-lead aviation fuels may not contain MMT.....and would offer higher octane levels...but they do contain lead and are more expensive than unleaded gasoline. You don't mention why you need gasoline without it.
