yes, it is possible that you can get pregnant on it. Especially if you've recently started on Birth control, or recently missed any pills. If you haven't, it's still possible. You have a better chance of not becoming pregnant if you and your boyfriend BOTH use Birth Control, i.e. The pill for you, a condom for him.
If he loves you, he won't mind taking the extra precaution, and if he does mind, then he's probably not going to be there to support you when you do become pregnant. Think about that.

Birth control is not 100% the only method that is 100% safe and accurate is abstinence. You can get pregnant but the chances are not as high.

YES, you can.
That is why my sweet baby Leah is here. All thanks to the Ortho Evra Birth Control Patch's "99%" effective rate. Just like the pill. And BTW, I am one who uses my birth control absolutely EXACTLY as the package says. I never skip or anything! So it was not my fault because of mis-use.
There is just always that 1% possibility that it fails.
The only 100% effective birth control is called abstinence.

No form of birth control is 100% except abstinence. There is always a chance of pregnancy regardless of the precautions. However, your chances are less likely because your smart enough to take those precautions.

birth control pills are 99.9% effective so there's always that .01% chance you can be pregnant, if you are overweight then u have even more of a chance of getting pregnant, it lowers the effectiveness rate. have him wear a condom next time.

yes, there is a 1-5 percent (.01- .05) chance that your birth control failed. there is a 10 percent (.1) chance that you are ovulating. multiply and there is a little more than 0 percent (.001-.005) chance.
Or forget the math and go to a sex ed class.
